How we check information

MoldList starts from private source spreadsheets. A retrieval date means the spreadsheet was read, not that a license, fee, or opening was verified that day.

Three different statements

• Source-reported: the spreadsheet said it. The preview labels these facts and does not treat them as confirmed eligibility.
• Provider-confirmed: an approved practice submitted the fact and an administrator accepted it for display.
• Independently checked: MoldList records a check date. License checks use this label only. None are checked yet.

Unknown insurance, age range, and telehealth jurisdiction are not shown as eligible. A doctorate is not labeled a physician. Shoemaker training is not a medical license. Sponsored placement fields from the old source are not used to order results.

The five public healthcare listings were matched to practice websites on September 22, 2026 for identity only. Building-help listings were read from each business website on the same date. A license number printed on a website is source-reported. It was not confirmed with a licensing board, and MoldList does not certify inspectors. Everything else remains in review.
