Find a doctor or clinician
Start here if you want a person who provides healthcare. This search does not include inspectors or remediators. MoldList does not diagnose you and does not decide that a mold concern is CIRS.
Look at the building
Start here if you need someone to investigate moisture or visible growth and explain what they found. An assessment is not the same hire as the company that does the cleanup.
You already have an inspection or a plan
Read who does which part of the work, what a report is for, and where a laboratory fits. Testing is not always necessary, and a lab result does not certify that a home is safe.
Check completed work
If work is underway or finished, compare remediators and ask what completion documentation you should receive. A missing document is a question, not proof that the work failed.
