MoldList collects listing corrections, provider claims, and administrator decisions needed to run the directory. It does not collect symptoms, diagnoses, or medical records. The shortlist and comparison selection stay in this browser.

Public pages show approved listing fields only. Claim notes, correction emails, source spreadsheets, and sponsorship fields are not public. Analytics is off unless a MoldList-only destination is configured, and events do not include search text or saved lists. Session replay is not used.
