What these labels mean
These words mean the same thing on a profile and in Compare.
- Not published
- The listing does not include this fact. It is not a “no,” and it is not a price of $0.
- Not confirmed
- MoldList has not checked this fact. A filter that asks for a confirmed fact leaves it out.
- Contact for pricing
- No public price is listed. Ask the practice or business. An unknown price is not free.
- Practice-reported
- The practice or business stated this on its site. MoldList has not checked it with another source.
- Listing claimed
- Someone showed a reviewer they can manage this listing. It is not an endorsement, and it does not check skills or credentials.
- Confirmed by provider
- The professional or business sent a correction that a reviewer approved. It is still their own statement.
- Credential checked [date]
- A reviewer checked a license, certification, or accreditation with the organization that issues it on that date. A provider cannot give themselves this label.
- Recommendations
- Reviewers answer whether they would recommend the professional for the service they received. With fewer than five yes-or-no answers you see counts; with five or more, a percentage and how many people answered. “Not sure” and inquiry-only feedback are not counted. Listings are never sorted by this.
- Not publicly shared
- Personal experience with CIRS is shown only after a public disclosure. A blank is not a “no.”
- Not verified with issuer
- A certification or course is printed on a site and has not been checked with the organization that issues it.
- Not verified with licensing board
- A government license has not been checked with the licensing board.
Conditions that sit next to a fact
- A superbill is a form you can submit. It is not the practice billing your insurance.
- Remote consultation on a building listing is a building consult, not a medical telehealth visit, and it is not an onsite visit.
- A confirmed telehealth state is separate from a practice saying telehealth is offered.
